NATIONAL MINORITY HEALTH FAIRSNPFR specializes in African American and Minority Outreach in nearly 30 cities across the country. We work with hundreds of organizations where we have strong ties. Our National Minority Health Fairs (or Diversity Awareness Outreach) has proven to be effective for many years for companies launching new products, or introducing patients to treatment options previously unfamiliar to them. The purpose of the National Minority Health Fairs is for developing and implementing patient education, helping to eliminate health disparities among minorities. We reach millions of minorities yearly through our partnerships, including such groups as the National Baptist Congress that brings in nearly 90,000 attendees, and the African World Festivals that reaches 2.3 million minorities annually. We utilize two (2) approaches for the best RETURN OF YOUR INVESTMENT in 2008:Option #1 – Exhibiting: For companies exhibiting and distributing product and disease information. We team up with Annual Conventions, Conferences and National Minority Health Fairs around the country. We work with African American and Hispanic fraternities, sororities, churches, community organizations, business groups, educators, professional clubs, corporate health fairs, alumni groups and disease-related associations. See the African American and Hispanic American 2007 Conventions Calendars attached (same organization, same month, different cities in 2008). We place companies within these National Health Fairs, providing them with access to and partnerships with many of these organizations. We use our local consultant network to man your exhibits and work the conventions for product “branding” and disease education targeted to (include) African Americans and Hispanics. Our Diversity Awareness Outreach can place vital information in front of millions of minorities. And, your presence at these events offers a unique opportunity to educate about treatment options and gather information on this market. This is information no one else will have, and which could be vital to a your company’s statistical, psycho-graphical or demographic analysis of future markets and for marketing of products and services. Option #2 –Surveying: In addition to your company’s distribution of product and (disease) treatment options information, you can also opt-in for face-to-face surveys designed to gauge demographics, knowledge and psycho-graphics of the minority audiences. We analyze and chart these statistics and send to you with our report following the events. These Surveys are valuable to companies who wish to INCLUDE minorities in product marketing, or educate about treatment options. Surveys provide your company with important, REAL-TIME, data about various minority audiences and offer an opportunity to gather “one-of-a-kind” data for your company. We develop Generic Surveys that are easy to answer and administered by their “peers” who can put them at ease about answering questions. The Surveys are designed to gauge their knowledge about diseases and treatment options for a particular disease. Special Projects: You may OPT for us to develop more strategic surveys in order to obtain even more specific demographic information from this experience. We can also conduct ON-site, REAL-TIME (small) focus groups to collect data and marketing statistics for those companies who are interested in distributing product education information. Remember: This is psycho-graphic or demographic data that no one else will have, and which could be vital to your company’s statistical analysis for future marketing of products and treatment options that include minorities. Finally, the National Minority Health Fairs, coupled with our national partnerships will foster increased understanding of diseases which critically affect African Americans and Minorities. You contribute to eliminating health disparities in that the health fairs focus upon health care issues that contribute to the improvement of patient care. What do I need to participate? For Exhibitors Any of the following is preferable: Disease Educational Materials , any Product information, health demonstrations (plus instructions- if company rep is not available), and coupon distribution. NOTE: Souvenirs, specialty gifts and novelty items are also desirable to encourage the seeking of information.
